Reconstruction

Saint-Petersburg is enduring a period of reconstructions. All companies of the Group «INTARSIA» have a challenging task – while considering modern requirements, to preserve the original appearance of historical buildings untouched, not distorting famous panoramic views of St. Petersburg. That is why the Group of companies «INTARSIA» pays a lot of attention to new inventions and to deepening knowledge in the field of construction technologies.

Among unique objects of reconstruction on which the Group of companies «INTARSIA» works there are reconstruction of the Eastern Wing of the General Staff Building of the State Hermitage, reconstruction of the Molodezhny Theatre on Fontanka river, reconstruction of the former Kriukov barracks for accommodation of the State Navy Museum.

Viktor Gennadievich Smirnov is the President of the Group of companies «INTARSIA».

Viktor G. Smirnov was born on March 29, 1967. His higher education in the field of construction he got in the Moscow State Institute of Steel and Alloys. Viktor Gennadievich Smirnov has worked in the sphere of restoration and construction for more than 20 years, and made his career from a foreman to the President of the Group of companies «INTARSIA».
